Piggy's BarBQ was founded by Gary & Anita Hellyer in 2005. In May of 2007 Pitmaster Mike Killian joined the ownership team.

Our goal is provide you with an experience that we call the Kansas City BarBQ "JOINT". 

In Kansas City the most famous BarBQ "JOINTS" serve sandwiches, ribs, and sides.  Your order is placed and picked up at the same window.  You can eat it there in a very informal setting with sauce on the table or take it with you.  And - Oh yeh, the sandwich is so full of meat that you have to use a fork to clean up the meat that falls off!

Our meat is everything to us,  and to that end we have searched the countryside and found what we think you will agree is THE BEST USDA inspected beef and pork available anywhere.
